From December 6 to 8, 2024, our team showcased the Zephyra Residence project at LPS Shanghai 2024—the leading luxury real estate exhibition in the Asia-Pacific region. The event took place at the prestigious Shanghai Exhibition Center, bringing together over 140 companies from around the world, including representatives from the UAE, USA, Canada, France, and Australia.

LPS Shanghai is more than just an exhibition; it’s where the foremost players in the luxury real estate market come together to showcase their unique projects and forge new partnerships. This year, the event attracted over 6,200 visitors interested in investing in luxury properties worldwide.

Our Zephyra Residence booth stood out among the many showcased properties, drawing attention with its sophisticated design and innovative solutions. Over the three days of the exhibition, we held numerous meetings with potential clients and partners, sharing details about our architectural concepts, layouts, and the unique features of our project. We communicated not only with our industry colleagues, exchanging experiences, but also with our clients, who showed genuine interest in the project.

In autumn 2024, construction of the Zephyra residential quarter will start on the Dubai Islands. At the same time, sales will start in the complex consisting of two 10-storey buildings.

The location for the project was not chosen by chance. The demand for property in Dubai remains high, but uneven. Particular demand from buyers are premium objects on the coast and in the central districts of the metropolis, in the beach area or near it. Just such is the new district Dubai Islands - a bulk archipelago of five islands, an area of 18 square metres next to the historic district of Deira. About 20 kilometres of the 50-kilometre coastline of the islands are occupied by beaches, 20 of which are marked with a blue flag. In the neighbourhood, construction of a golf resort is beginning.

The new project with an area of more than 10 square kilometers will be distinguished by original design - natural materials, panoramic glazing, smooth lines of the facade, emphasising harmony with the environment. The finishing elements will be provided by Arsenal East's partner, Porcelanosa—a leader in high-quality tiles, porcelain, and mosaics, known for creating collections in collaboration with world-renowned designers, including Zaha Hadid and Norman Foster.

The developer will offer one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments in the project. Penthouses and duplex townhouses will be available for luxury lovers. All units will be delivered furnished and with high-quality repairs. A special service from the developer will be available for residents with a variety of options from airport pick-up to cleaning services and apartment rental.

Zephyra's infrastructure includes a fitness room, a panoramic swimming pool with a rooftop lounge, relaxation zones for yoga and meditation, as well as green squares with flowerbeds and shady alleys. Motorists are not forgotten: each building will have a three-level car park.

Prices and promotions will be known closer to the start of sales.
